We are entrepreneurs, facilitators, and global trainers dedicated to helping leaders and their organizations grow, connect, and thrive. With decades of combined experience across aviation, media, business, property, and leadership development, we bring a unique balance of entrepreneurial drive, creativity, and facilitation mastery.

Our journey has been defined by building and scaling businesses, creating platforms for growth, and guiding leaders toward clarity and alignment. Starting with a first venture at 21 that grew into a million-dollar agency and exited at 33, the path has included scaling and selling a manufacturing company, launching a television production business that partnered with Channel 5 UK and Discovery Channel to distribute content in 60+ countries, and establishing an aviation brokerage managing multi-million-dollar aircraft sales — from commercial helicopters to ex-military jets. Alongside aviation and business, we’ve built a commercial property company and a resort business in the Bahamas.

As strategic facilitators for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and certified facilitators with YPO, we bring leaders together worldwide to unlock their full potential. Drawing on frameworks such as MAP (Management Action Programs), Scaling Up with Verne Harnish, and EOS, we have facilitated more than 200 strategic planning days, including work with two billion-dollar companies. These experiences — from a Hong Kong “gin palace” session in 2019 introducing EOS to boardrooms and retreats across the globe — have shaped our expertise in aligning teams and accelerating growth.
